No changes to the peer config or expected behaviour. The only thing
remotely related is reduction in pconn pooled for each one. And that
peer selection ends with DNS lookup Comm::Connection creation.
There are some bugs that have popped out of the background completely
unexpected related to the HTTP request text generated.

Plan on getting to this next if nobody else beats me to it. Not
exactly a regression on earlier, but was supposed to be fixed by the new
