Re: error documents and info email

hi all,
embarassing, but i haven't gotten to compile
squid yet - anyway, for those who want to
try it, here's the patch:

changes:
definitions for some more options in /src/cf.data.pre

any "mailto:%w" in the /error/ subfolders is replaced
by "mailto:%W"

errorpage.c:
new %W option, which beside the cache admin's email
address will also contain additional info related to
the error

caution: since i'm not a c programmer i not even know if the
source syntax is correct, so check it again
