I would guess this fails if the address Squid then tries to connect to
ends up being ipv4, in similar manners to how it got confused for tproxy
intercepted ipv4 clients if the requested host has ipv6 addresses.
A possible interim solution: Excend the patch to skip IPv4 addresses if
local endpoint bound to an IPv6 address, similar to how it skips IPv6
addresses if bound to IPv4.
