Displaying a relevant URL as a part of some level-0 and level-1 messages
seems like a good idea to me. We just need an API or a marker (e.g., a
global InfoUrl() function call that accepts a URL and returns it) so
that such URLs can be easily found and changed in the source code if
needed. We should not assume they will all point to the wiki, IMO. URL
inclusion should be optional.
