The need has been seen for quite some time. I tried to nudge the Visolve
team into this direction when they started their effort..

Still doesn't work..

TH alignment wrong..

Suggested Config is missing the border around content.

Body content is monospaced in the old manual which helps indentation,
but not in the new.. (but this also makes the new look better.. tricky
thing..)
