squid3-ipv6 on Windows

Hi Amos,

Just found a little of time to try again the build of squid3-ipv6
using MSYS+MinGW on Windows.
I have fixed some problem, but still doesn't build:

On Windows inet_ntop is not available, I have found this wrapper:
