Would you like to have your helper merged into the Squid distribution?
As you probably know we are a bit short on usable Negotiate helpers...

To include your helper in the Squid distribution we need a bit of
clarification on the copyrights and licensing of the included
sourcecode..

  spnegohelp.c does not declare any licensing terms.
  squid_kerb_auth.c does not declare who owns the copyright or licensing
terms.

I assume you wrote suqid_kerb_auth.c, but imported the base64 codec from
somewhere helse. If so split out the base64 codec to it's own file and
add back whatever copyright & licensing terms the original had..
