Hiya,
Here's a squid-2.6.stable12 speaking to a slightly old samba 3 install,
during peaks loads this is happening:
May 8 13:06:08 prowler squid[2880]: [ID 702911 daemon.notice]
authenticateNTLMHandleReply: Error validating user via NTLM. Error
returned 'BH NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED'
May 8 13:06:12 prowler last message repeated 22 times
May 8 13:06:13 prowler squid[2880]: [ID 702911 daemon.notice] CACHEMGR:
<unknown>@127.0.0.1 requesting 'ntlmauthenticator'
May 8 13:06:14 prowler squid[2880]: [ID 702911 daemon.notice]
authenticateNTLMHandleReply: Error validating user via NTLM. Error
returned 'BH NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED'

There's a TODO in the Squid-2-HEAD auth_ntlm.c; is this TODO stuff
biting me?
Background: solaris 10 box, doing a few other things but has plenty of
RAM and CPU, happens during peak times (eg return from lunch.)
