Hmm.. wasn't aware we still had that command line option. Does not make
much sense with the new http_port syntax. It's the same as specifying
the vhost option on your first http_port line..
I think this option should go away. It's the only remaining option
digging into the configuration data, and quite brokenly so.. Even with
your patch it will fail (or more precisely be ignored) if Squid is
reconfigured as it's then "again" overwritten by the data from the
config file.
