Well, I'm told there are probably some folk who would be interested, but
that they generally dont volunteer for things with formal requirements -
so if we agree that I can say something like:

 * give the wiki a rocking appearance
 * we'd like to use the artwork we've got stashed but not deployed - or
an extension of that
 * give them credit on the site

To them, then I think we can probably find someone willing.

Do we have some sort of consensus on doing that?
