Looks like you are not using the current version..

$ md5sum cvsmergeinit
f99fe9457ae03bee843f4c4de03ed832 cvsmergeinit

$ cvs status cvsmergeinit
===================================================================
File: cvsmergeinit Status: Up-to-date

   Working revision: 1.10
   Repository revision: 1.10 /cvsroot/squid/website/cvsmergeinit,v
   Sticky Tag: (none)

Ah, found the problem. For some reason the web site doesn't get properly
updated. Fixed.
