New user in the list

Hello,

I'm Quentin Carbonneaux, I'd like to subscribe to this list because I'm
very close to the code of Squid : I'm programming a new proxy so I take
a lot of informations in Squid's code (in the 2.0 release). I think I'll
be useful because I can give you my point of view about Squid's
features and implementation. Moreover by subscribing I think I'll learn a lot of things
about your project.

PS: The aim of my proxy is not to be "best" than Squid
because Squid is currently a very mature project.
