An ICAP server

Hello squid developers,
A new project relevant to squid project was born.
c-icap is an ICAP server. Its web site is:
         http://c-icap.sourceforge.net

c-icap is under developent so someone
should not consider to use it in a production environment.
However c-icap can help developers who want to experiment with
ICAP protocol.
