Introduction

Hello,

My name is Richard Jenniss and I've got an idea that I'd like to
implement into SQUID

I've got a router set-up and it has DSL and cable comming into it.
The same way that wget can resume... if squid gets [####____] of the
file from DSL, and [_____####] from cable and vice versa on the next
request.
That would be awesome.
