Most likely not needed as you can not use challenge reuses in the
first place and therefore lifetime is of no relevance to Squid in
such setup.
If the user is too slow in providing a response causing the security
handle challenge lifetime to expire then it is not Squid's fault and
nothing Squid can do much about other than rejecting the request.
