tcp_outgoing_address

Hello SQUID DEVLOPERS

can any one tell me, the various design issues that squid -developer has
taken into consideration while deciding tag tcp_outgoing_address for
allowing use of specific out going line for certain traffic..

is it documented online? if so can u tell me links?
