Actually, because we have to switch repositories, what I need is:
$ cvs -d rbcollins@cvs.devel.squid-cache.org:/cvsroot/squid rdiff -kk
-r1.3.4.2 -r1.3.4.3 squid3/src/acl.cc | patch
