haven't come across any info about a limit yet but it's likely
that there is one. i'll search for that.

sounds good since this way the error data cannot be changed so
easily but maybe this would be too much for the default error docs?
one could set an identifier in the error docs, e.g.
<!-- submit form -->
which then, if the appropriate option in squid.conf is enabled, is
replaced by the html code for this submit form (errorpage.c).
this would require that squid parses the error docs, this feature
is needed for the meta tags anyway to include the correct
charset in the content-type header.
i have no idea of how that would work in c though... is here any
developer that would like to help out here?
