hi,
since you had the idea to include detailed info on the error
in the email to the cache admin i'd like to know what else
you would consider as useful.

i thought that the mailto link should now look like this:
<A href="mailto:%W">%w</A>
where %w is still the plain cache admin's email address as
specified in squid.conf and %W the email address + additional data:

mailto:admin@some.net?subject=CacheErrMsg&data1=data1%0D%0Adata2=data2

where data1, data2 etc. are the different pieces that each can be
set to "on" (include in the emailbody _if_ available) or "off" in
squid.conf

would you think that it would be useful to implement the possibility
to also send a carbon copy / blind carbon copy?

note: RFC2368 specifies that CrLf has to be encoded %0D%0A.
due to a bug in mozilla (so netscape) that is known since
1999 but unfortunately not fixed yet, no new line is used in
their mailapp.
works fine in opera and msie.

please let me know if there is anything to be improved
