Squid-2.5.PRE10

Squid-2.5.PRE10 has now been released. Again a Squid-2.5 release
candidate.

Changes from PRE9:

  - debug-sections.txt readded to the distribution
  - large cleanup of debug sections
  - More WebDAV methods (BCOPY, SUBSCRIBE, UNSUBSCRIBE, POLL)
  - HTML cleanups by Clemens Löser
  - Documentation updates (from HEAD)
  - TCP_RESET virtual error page for deny_info (from HEAD)
  - cachemgr now reports pinger sockets as "pinger" (from HEAD)
  - corrected cachemgr memory statistics (from HEAD)
  - include WCCP I SEE YOU debug output at level 3 (from HEAD)
