Actually if you do not plan on applying for a Squid developer account on
SourceForge then you should be using the main CVS repository.. see
http://www.squid-cache.org/Devel/cvs.html for access instructions.
Sending a diff -ur comparing to a tarball downloaded from www.squid-cache.org
or any of it's mirrors is also fine.
