(i downloaded cygwin and used its diff function with the -u flag set)
here is the patch for the html pages generated by squid or cachemgr:

the error documents of each language:
(i also added a new style, the errorpages are now shown using
verdana font if available, if not available the sans-serif font
is used; it's a generic font and will be available.
if the browser doesn't understand <style> at all it will completely
ignore the line since the style code is put into comment

well this is the patch for the makefiles (.am and .in) in the errors
directory, but i'm not sure if this is necesary, so i put it in
