A patch to disable pinger from Guido Serassio on 2002-07-14 (squid-dev)

Hi Henrik,

Attached there is a little patch to disable pinger and netdb specifying
pinger_program 'none' in squid.conf without rebuild squid binaries.

Do You think that can be useful ?
