Attached is a second draft.
Minor cleanups, adds references and trust pw discussion . The trust pw
discussion assumes two "solutions" in my earlier post will be included in
the distro, at least until something better comes along.
Still needs discussion on NT groups and the external acl helper, but I
haven't had time to play with the new one.
