A little pinger install problem on Linux

Hi,

I have found that on my Alpha Linux, Debian 3.0 (Woody) with Kernel 2.4.18,
make install doesn't set setuid flag on pinger file in libexec dir.
But pinger can't run without it, so chmod u+s fix the problem.

Something can be made at make install level ?
