Re: cachemgr.cgi is now cachemgr, it is correct ?

Got myself a cygwin installation and it seems to work fine there too.

cachemgr.cgi now installs as .cgi on platforms not using a specific extension
for executable binaries (i.e. not on Windows where .exe is used).
