Vary support in 2.5 - reproducible crash

Hi,
 and while I'm at it, here's another bug. I reported it into bugzilla but
 no one seems to notice. Access to the following cgi crashes Squid:

echo "ETag: 0000000000000000000"
echo "Vary: ETag"
echo

echo "this is a test"
