In the squid-users mailing list I posted statistics about memory leaks...
In a second run, it would appear that the situation is much more severe.
I'm seeing figures of about 60 leaked bytes/request.
Maybe it's time to do some leak-hunting.
I noticed that there's a #define MALLOC_TRACE in utils.c, so it would seem
that such an utility is available, but I don't know how to use it.
In on the squid-cache site the search engine failed to turn up anything
(and it should include the squid-dev archives), so I'm a bit at a loss.
Does anybody have any hints on how to use the feature?
Thanks.
