Actually I consider this a big misunderstanding in the current CARP
code..
In my view:
CARP siblings are other members of the same array.
CARP parents are another CARP array.
But as I have said a couple of times before, the so called CARP
implementation in Squid isn't CARP, it is only the hashing of CARP. A
lot of stuff is missing to make it a real CARP.
