The filesystem interface

I noticed there is now a specification for a new filesystem interface in
Squid (<http://squid.nlanr.net/Squid/Prog-Guide/prog-guide-9.html>). It
would have been nice if there was a notice when this was published..

Comments:

It looks reasonable, except for the location of fd. It should be moved
to the ufs part of the FS type union.

How far has it been implemented? Is there code anywhere we may play
around with?
