Squid-2.1.PRE2: Pending patches

List of pending 2.1.PRE2 patches:

* squid-2.0.PATCH2.proxy_auth_comment.patch
Updated documentation on proxy_auth acl to make it easier
to understand.

* squid-2.1.PRE1.authenticator_core.patch
Assertion failure on first (every) proxy_auth request

* squid-2.1.PRE2.request_parsing_asserts.patch
Assertion failures in request processing
o Did not properly find the end of the request line
  if the request has no request headers.
o Fails with a assertion failure if the request line
  or headers contains NULL characters

* squid-2.0.RELEASE.cachemgr_proxy_auth.patch
Make cachemgr send proxy authentication as well as normal
authentication.

* squid-2.1.PRE2.authentication_issues.patch
Various authentication issues
o FTP icons
o Acceleration of protected servers
o Auto-proxy-logon to peers. Useful if you are
  a leaf cache with no IP based peering agreement
  (dial-up or similar).
o http://user:password@server/ URL syntax for
  automated authentication

* squid-2.1.PRE1.range_large_offset-2.patch
Limit range "prefetching"
This patch is temporary and needs more work. It currently only
works for resumed downloads. The real fix is caching of partial
objects.

* squid-2.1.PRE2.loop_log_headers.patch
Log request headers when detecting a request loop
