plans for 1.2.beta --> official release

First, 1.2.beta25 is out, on the HTTP and FTP servers. I'll
make an announcement on squid-announce soon.

Regarding the version numbering, I think it might be better to call
this official release "2.0" instead of "1.2" or "1.3" because it will
make documentation easier. For example, so I can say version 2.X instead
of something wierd like "1.2 and later" to mean 1.3, 1.4, etc.

Anyway, I want to make the official release this week. If you have
any last-minute nits, or fixes I missed (highly likely!) now is the
time to beat me over the head with them.
