I was not entirely correct on this one.. it should probably read "If the
previous cached object was not authorized". The goal is to trap when a
object status changes from public to authorized.
We should probably add a in-memory flag saying if a object was
authorized or not. It's needed here, and it's needed to make more
consistent refresh hacks to "fix unfriendly servers" without breaking
authorization.
