is pre-1.2 available?

Hi,

Is the pre-1.2 source available so that we could start hacking?

I'd like to attack the "change config without restarting Squid" problem.
If anyone is still interested in the header rewriter code, I'll also
like to update my development (I stopped at 1.1.9). As for the push
cache, I don't see much need for it anymore.
